A New Year Health & Fitness Challenge for Men – Hosted by GameDay Men’s Health & Accelerate Brevard

📌 What It Is

• A body transformation challenge focused on muscle gain and fat loss

• Open to Accelerate Brevard Members, GameDay patients/ex-patients, and their invited guests

• Designed to promote health, accountability, and local engagement

💸 How It Works

• $50 entry fee

• Winner takes the grand prize  (host keeps half the entry, the rest goes to the winner)

• Participants earn points:

  • 5 points per pound of muscle gained

  • 1 point per pound of fat lost

• The participant with the most points wins

• Gameday uses an Evolt Body Scanner which tracks muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat (the worst kind), total minerals, and total water  

📆 Challenge Timeline

• Launches: February 2, 2026

• Duration: 90 days  - May 4 is last day and time for final weigh ins.

• Kickoff and final scans handled by GameDay Men’s Health using body composition tools

• Additional scans are performed every three weeks on demand.

• Accelerate Brevard Chamber members

• GameDay Men’s Health patients and alumni

• Any guest invited by a participant

• Must be at least 18 years old, and ready to commit to better health
